Artistic Director
Cody Harvey
Cody Harvey is very proud to have been born and raised in Grand Bank, Newfoundland. After eight successful seasons with the Grand Bank Regional Theatre, he is overjoyed and proud to be back as the Artistic Director for the 2025 season.
Since joining the theatre in 2016 , Cody moved to Toronto to study “Theatre Arts and Performance” at Centennial College . In 2022, he appeared in “The Addams Family Musical” in Aurora, Ontario, playing the role of Uncle Fester with Marquee Theatrical Productions.
After returning back to the beautiful province of Newfoundland in 2023, Cody has made it his artistic mission to create theatre opportunities and safe spaces for youth on the peninsula. He is thrilled to be back as Artistic Director for his third season and ensures that our 30th anniversary season will be one you won’t want to miss!

Music Coordinator/Performer
Dave Noseworthy
Dave Noseworthy is excited to be returning to the Grand Bank Regional Theatre again this year. He is a well known musician from Grand Bank that has played across the island throughout his career and has showcased his talent outside Canada in Orebro, Sweden and Milwaukee, WI. USA.

Dave owns and operates Dreamworthy Productions, a small music studio offering music production and lessons. Dave is also thrilled to take on the role of Music Coordinator for the upcoming season.

Performer
Kathleen Hollett
Kathleen (Kat) Hollett is back, and overjoyed to start her 7th year at the Grand Bank Regional Theatre. After a long stay in Ontario, where she studied Musical Theatre at Sheridan College, she's finally home and ready to get back to her Grand Bank roots.
From a very young age, Kat has been singing, dancing, and acting her way across stages all over Canada and she can't wait to bring everything she's learned back to her home stage. Outside of theatre, Kat enjoys competitive and casual gaming, playing Dungeons and Dragons, and making art of all kinds.

Performer
Jennifer Thornhill
Jennifer Thornhill is a native to Bay L’Argent, but she is certainly no stranger to the lovely town of Grand Bank and of course, The Grand Bank Regional Theatre.
Jennifer first joined the Grand Bank Theatre in 2005, working with Artistic Director Bernie Stapleton for 3 summers, after receiving her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree the year before from Sir Wlfred Grenfell College. In that time, Jennifer starred in many productions which included Turncoat Hill and Ed and Ed Trapped!
In 2018, Jennifer had the pleasure of rejoining the cast in Grand Bank, working under the artistic direction of Levi Curtis. She was also able to experience working on the stage of the new theatre space, performing in shows such as Unnecessary Farce: A Comedy, as well as Baskerville: A Sherlock Holmes Mystery.
Jennifer is thrilled to be rejoining The Grand Bank Theatre once again this summer, and working with Artistic Director Cody Harvey. She looks forward to charming and delighting audiences with performances that portray her abilities in both comedic and dramatic ranges

Amy Evans
Amy Evans is entering her second year at Mount Allison University as a psychology major with a minor in theatre. She has been performing since she was young in the South Coast Music Festival, Burin Peninsula Folk Festival, and high school drama festivals. She’s more recently acted in two productions at Mount Allison’s theatre, continuing her love for the arts. When not on the stage, she enjoys playing hockey and swimming but always loves to sing! Amy looks forward to entertaining you all this summer at GBRT.

Rachele Sangster-Bennett
Rachele Sangster is excited to be back for her second season with the Grand Bank Regional Theatre. Rachele, Is a proud Grand Bank local. When she’s not on stage you can definitely see her at one of the jewels of Grand Bank waiting tables at Sharon’s nook. Rachele has had a passion for theatre arts ever since she can remember and cannot wait to get on stage and share her love for theatre through acting and singing this year. See you all at the shows!

Stage Manager
Kaelan Doel
Kaelan Doel grew up in the town of Hamilton, Ontario. He is excited to experience his first year as a member of the community in Grand Bank and take on the opportunity to passionately contribute to the amazing productions put on by the Grand Bank Regional Theatre. He has an immense appreciation for the arts and the culture that it brings. Outside of theatre he enjoys the hobby of writing novella and poetry, being outdoors and active sports like longboarding, rock-climbing and hiking.

Production Assistant/Costumer
Joanne Pierce
Joanne Pierce was born and raised in Grand Bank and has been a strong supporter of the Grand Bank Regional Theatre since it began. She resides in Fortune in the winter months and at Braggs Path in the summer where she enjoys the outdoors, soaking up the sun and spending time with her family, especially her pride and joy, her grandson, Jaden and her brand new granddaughter, Delilah.

In her spare time, Joanne loves to read, listen to music, and create crafts. Joanne is overjoyed to be back with the Grand Bank Regional Theatre for her seventh season and looks forward to sharing her artistry through costumes again this season.

Lights & Sound Technician
Geoff Buffett
This summer marks Geoff Buffett’s debut season with the Grand Bank Regional Theatre, where he is thrilled to serve as the Lights and Sound Technician. With 22 years of experience in the IT industry, Geoff brings a unique blend of technical expertise and creative problem-solving to his role, ensuring every performance shines (and sounds) its best.
Outside of the theatre, Geoff enjoys making music with the help of A.I. software, learning the ins and outs of audio and video editing along the way. In his spare time, he loves hanging out with friends, playing cards, and karaoke nights at The Cavern—because life’s too short not to have a little fun!
